Sure, working from home has become a total chore and bore; however, it continues to provide a rich vein for B&T stories.
The latest mishap comes from Californian TV station ABC7 and its weather presenter Leslie Lopez.
Due to COVID restrictions, Lopez delivers the morning weather report live from home without a crew.
Things took an all the more cute and unpredictable turn when the weather news was interrupted by Lopez’s nine-month-year old son, Nolan, who casually strolled on-set during a recent report.
Footage of Nolan’s comic moment has since gone viral. His mother telling Good Morning America: “For the first time ever, he’s pulled himself up from sitting to standing, On one hand, I’m so proud of him…and I’m so glad he didn’t face-plant on live television.”
Lopez’s poise in face of potential disaster was also praised on social media.
“What you have here is a peeling back of the curtain. Mothers have always been superwomen. You can just see it up close now,” one person tweeted.
Another added: “This was a relief to see and Mom didn’t miss a beat either.”
