UM’s Andrew Harris Joins Noisy As Business Director

Music agency noisy has appointed UM‘s Andrew ‘AJ’ Harris as business director.

AJ has joined following four years at UM Australia as creative connections director, where he led media partnerships for Lion. He also brings experience across UM’s other clients, including Optus, ING, Energizer, and Target, driving strategy, ideation, and execution of impactful brand partnerships.

Before UM, AJ held senior partnership and account management roles in both Sydney and London, with media and content businesses such as SCA, JCDecaux, and Jungle Creations, bringing international experience to his new position.

At noisy, AJ will be responsible for building partnerships, ensuring clients stay at the forefront of music culture.

“I’m thrilled to be joining noisy at such an exciting time, and to bring my experience in media partnerships, strategy, ideation, and execution to help build on the incredible foundation already in place,” AJ said.

“I’m passionate about the intersection of music and culture and look forward to contributing to a team that’s authentically shaping the future of events, culture, and music media,” AJ added.

“Music is at the heart of everything we do at noisy, and having someone with AJ’s genuine passion for music will overflow onto client campaigns. The smart brands are realising there’s more to interacting in music culture than just putting a logo on a stage, and noisy makes that a reality,” Harry Wilson, managing director of noisy said.

“Combined with his experience working with some of the country’s biggest advertisers, AJ will be a huge asset as we continue to deliver cultural connections and creative ideas for our clients”.

AJ’s appointment is effective immediately.
