Enterprise software company TubeMogul today announced the appointment of Ben Peacock (pictured below) as Vice President, Agency Channel, Australia & New Zealand. The appointment is effective immediately.

Ben Peacock

Peacock joins TubeMogul from Outbrain where he was Director of Brands & Agencies in both the London and Sydney offices for over four years. As VP, Agency Channel for TubeMogul, Peacock will be responsible for leading the eight strong team in its partnership with media agencies, working alongside agency clients to integrate TubeMogul’s cross-screen software solution into programmatic and digital buying teams.

Peacock brings over 15 years of sales and management experience to TubeMogul – 12 of which spent specifically in digital trading. A career highlight includes his most recent role at Outbrain, where Peacock led the charge introducing the company to brands and agencies in the UK, rolled out hugely successful Omnicom and IPG partnership deals and helped re-structure the sales and account manager teams into a POD structure. Prior to this, Peacock had senior positions at Collective where he launched the international offering across France and Germany, working with agencies such as OMD International.

“Innovation was the biggest draw for me when choosing to make a move,” explains Peacock. “TubeMogul’s constant focus on product and market leadership – specifically around Programmatic TV and cross-screen – is what convinced me to join. That, combined with TubeMogul’s excellent internal culture, team and staff retention records were added bonuses to an already strong opportunity.”

“TubeMogul is excited to have a person with a track record as strong as Ben’s join our agency-focused team,” says Sam Smith, Managing Director of TubeMogul’s Australian office. “TubeMogul recently led the way in Forrester’s annual Wave report for 2015, with specific awards for our customer service and product offering. With Ben leading our efforts, we are confident that our focus on service will reach even greater heights in the months to come.”
