Public Relations agency The PR Hub is expanding its team, announcing the hire of two senior account managers, Olivia Jarman and Trudy Scott.

The hires will support growth in the business with the agency experiencing an increase in demand for B2B and B2C communications and personal branding services across a broad range of technology driven categories including finance, telecommunications, health & fitness, digital publishing and parking.

Trudy Scott, who joined as a senior account manager in October, has over nine years’ integrated experience across the UK, UAE and Australia, having worked with clients like Nestle, P&G, Nature’s Way and Blackmores at agencies including Edelman, Weber Shandwick and Ogilvy.

Olivia Jarman, who started in July and relocated from Perth for the role, spent two years prior working in London specialising in public relations for fintech and emerging technology clients across the USA, Europe and Singapore.

The PR Hub’s founder and managing director, Samantha Dybac (pictured), said that despite the initial setback of COVID-19, the business has rebounded exceptionally well as a result of reputation and its unique offer for founder-led and hypergrowth, disruptive businesses.

“The first few months of the pandemic were challenging, however, we continued to work with existing and new clients whose businesses had benefited from the shift to online and swift adoption of technology.

“In recent months we have won some amazing new clients to add to the family, and I am thrilled to welcome both Olivia and Trudy to The PR Hub. As an independent agency that works with entrepreneurs, business leaders and disruptive companies, we embrace diverse thinking, new ideas and collaboration to ensure that we are always evolving and delivering exceptional results.”

The agency has recently won six new clients including the Andrew Forrest and James Spenceley backed telco Swoop, parking tech platform Smarter City Solutions, Constantine Frantzeskos founder of global digital consultancy PENSO, fitness franchise Speedfit, self-employed super fund GigSuper and digital publishing platform e-Mersion Media.

The company is also now hiring for a further two senior account management roles.

I have built a reputation for excellence in public relations, strategic communications and event production over the past 17 years. I founded and run, Sammway, one of Australia’s leading, integrated communications agencies. We help build awareness and position our clients and talent as leaders in their chosen industries. Our services include, public relations, issues management, media strategy, event production and video animation. We work with our clients to develop strategic communications which align with their brand purpose, values and commercial objectives. Our clients include, not for profit organisations, startups, entrepreneurs, fintech, small business owners and media personalities. Where required, we help connect our clients with decision makers in government to ensure they get the best possible coverage and outcomes for their company or campaign. Our work includes content creation, media placement, issues management and development of key messaging and brand strategy. An example of a long standing working relationship is with, former NSW Opposition Leader, Kerry Chikarovski and her government relations firm, Chikarovski & Associates. We manage corporate affairs, media relations and liaise on behalf of clients with bureaucracy and government, at local, state and federal level. Since November 2014 Sammway has worked with Adopt Change, Deborra-lee Furness & National Adoption Awareness Week providing strategic PR and issues based communications. I have enjoyed representing Australia at global events including, United Nations, International Women’s Entrepreneurship Day 2014 and the 2013 G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20YEA) summit, Moscow, Russia. In 2014 I was also selected to speak at an event in Singapore, addressing industry professionals on the importance of PR and media campaigns.
