Zenith Wins Superloop’s Media

Challenger Internet service provider Superloop has appointed Zenith Australia to manage its media strategy, planning, buying and research across all channels as it scales its business for more growth.

The appointment signifies the consolidation of the account under Publicis Groupe, with Leo Burnett already managing the creative duties for the brand, launching the ‘Refresh Your Internet’ brand platform in March this year. Publicis digital agency Digitas will also be engaged on a project basis to provide digital transformation solutions for the business.

Launched in 2014, Superloop is one of Australia’s fastest-growing ISPs, with more than 350,000 customers. To further continue this growth, the business will be focused on building brand awareness and consideration with new audiences through media, including young families, mature households and online gamers.

The appointment also includes the management of Exetel’s media account, another Internet provider under the Superloop parent company.

We can’t wait to get started,” said Superloop chief marketing officer, Ben Colman.

We’re delighted to realise the Publicis Connected Platform model and partner with Leo Burnett on the exceptional strategy and creative work in ‘Refresh Your Internet’ alongside combining with digital and UX engagement through Digitas. As a result, we will be able to deliver an end-to-end solution that will unleash exceptional ideas and deliver unlimited possibilities for Australia’s modern challenger brand in the telecommunications and ISP category,” said Zenith Sydney managing director, Jonny Cordony.

The Superloop account will be managed out of the Zenith Sydney office, with the appointment effective from 1 March 2024.
