Starcom has announced the appointment of Naomi Lopez as agency director to head the Perth agency.
Lopez joins Starcom from OMD in Perth and has extensive experience in strategy and client leadership in agencies including Ikon and Carat. She has also previously worked with Starcom in London.

Lopez starts on July 5.
