At a time when your health is more important than ever, Jean Hailes for Women’s Health and smoothfm have again teamed up for Women’s Health Week, encouraging women and girls to check in on their health this September.
The campaign is the biggest week in Australia focusing on good health and wellbeing for women and girls. Held this year on 7-11 September, Women’s Health Week inspires all women and girls to take positive and proactive steps to be healthy, in mind and body.
Women’s Health Week campaign manager Brenda Jones says we are thrilled to be partnering with smoothfm for the third consecutive year to help spread the message of good health and wellbeing.
“Their support helps us reach many women and girls with important health messages,” says Ms Jones. “This year’s theme is health checks. As well as focussing on general health and wellbeing, we want to send a timely reminder to anyone who has put off, or had postponed, any health checks, screening or appointments due to COVID-19, to book them back in. Even if it’s just a niggle that hasn’t felt right for a while; now is the time to get it checked.”
Polly Goodchild, smoothfm’s Brand & Promotions Director said, “This year the health of so many of us has been impacted by the effects of COVID-19. It is not just the virus itself but also the affect it has had on our mental health through self-isolation, job losses, seeing loved ones struggle and the lack of physical activity.
“At smoothfm we understand the importance of good health and anxiety-tab.com and are proud to again be supporting Women’s Health Week as we work together to get back to enjoying life.”
