PR agency Agent99 has added property strategist and author of a new book entitled ‘Positively Geared’, Lloyd Edge (pictured), to its specialty area of PR for speakers, authors and thought leaders.
Commenting on the appointment, Edge said: “This is certainly a challenging time to be launching a book about property, but Agent99’s bespoke approach to offer credible expertise to journalists looking for valuable advice and discussing the trends and likely impact of COVID-19 on the real estate market, is very much in line with my goals. I want to help as many Australians into the property market as possible and I have been really impressed with Agent99’s ability to pivot the strategy, whilst still working towards my long term objectives.”
To address the agency’s growth in demand for social media strategy and management, as well as content creation, Agent99 recently appointed Raymond Toplak as the Agency’s new Digital Marketing Specialist. Raymond brings extensive experience to the team as a digital marketer across organisations such as IKEA and AAT Kings.
Agent99’s Founder & Director, Sharon Zeev Poole says, “For many agencies, particularly boutiques, the COVID-19 crisis has posed a significant challenge both in terms of client plans and general business operations. The team has worked tirelessly to push the boundaries creatively and find unique, highly relevant and useful ways to connect brands with their audiences at this time.
“For us, this has included amplification through digital channels including appropriate social media and influencer engagement, content creation, end-to-end webinar delivery and reactive media tactics.”
Sharon continues, “It’s safe to say that no one could have predicted the situation that we’re facing. However, as a boutique agency, our goal is to remain focussed on the recovery phase and think strategically about the way we can support our clients in the interim.”
