Contemporary communications consultancy, One Roof Agency, has opened its doors with a goal to help businesses creatively connect with their customers.

Founded by senior practitioner and global communications measurement advocate, Shelley Hammond (middle, feature image), One Roof Agency has storytelling and media relations at its core and is bolstered by capabilities across social media and digital marketing, activations and live experiences, plus sponsorship and asset leveraging.

Joining Shelley in the leadership team is creative earned media specialist Emma Catchpole (left, feature image) as client director. Hailing from the UK, Emma is a PR and ideas powerhouse having worked in-house and in leading agencies, and first teamed up with Shelley two years ago.

Kerrie Holien operations director, originally from Target Head Office joins as does Ben Gawley (right, feature image) who leads the trade and Live Experiences division as Project Director responsible for the production and delivery of event and activation builds.

Dannielle Murray account executive and Caiti Beattie social media consultant also form part of the growing team working across Almond Breeze, Barista Blend, Baristas For Baristas, Noego Coffee, Magpiette, Equinity Technology with two new major business wins yet to be announced.

Shelley Hammond managing director said the business’ strength comes from its distinct in-house capabilities and, when needed, by partnering with complementary agencies to deliver work for clients across the earned, owned and paid media mix.

“We set out to bring the best skills and expertise home, under one roof,” Shelley said. “We have our core focus areas we specialise in, plus a network of agency mates doing stellar work, so we bring those smarts together to co-create impactful solutions – effective collaboration certainly isn’t a new concept, but we really embrace it.”.

Matt Allison founder and managing director of marketing consultancy Ubiquity Lab has partnered with One Roof Agency and also sees value in integration. “Marketing is so diverse, very few agencies can do everything their clients need, let alone do them all with precision and in tandem. We’ve collaborated with Shells and the One Roof team and it’s refreshing to unify complementary skill-sets and work cohesively with a partner to deliver the best client outcome,” Matt said.

Shelley is optimistic about the agency and the future of the industry saying, “I’m so encouraged by the response we’ve had to date, and look forward to 2020 and delivering meaningful, integrated work.”
