One Green Bean Appoints Naked CEO Carl Ratcliff And Mango MD Claire Salvetti To Senior Roles

One Green Bean today announced that Naked Australia’s CEO Carl Ratcliff is to join the agency in the newly created position of chief executive officer.  Claire Salvetti, currently Mango Sydney’s managing director, will take up the role of managing partner.

The two new leadership positions were created following the departure of the agency’s MD Matt Buchanan who recently relocated to take up the role of MD at One Green Bean in London.

Ratcliff has over two decades of experience, most recently the CEO of Naked’s operations across Sydney and Melbourne, and prior to that MD of BWM Melbourne.  Previously, Ratcliff has held senior executive planning roles throughout his career, which has spanned both Australia and the UK.

Salvetti has held the role of MD at DDB’s Mango since 2012, leading many of the agency’s clients including Westpac, McDonald’s, IKEA and Volkswagen.

Carl Ratcliff said: “This is an agency doing brilliant things, that’s pushing the industry forward and challenging the status quo.  I have the utmost admiration for how it has disrupted the category and continues to do so.  It will be a privilege to join the team and collaborate with such a likeable, switched-on bunch of people.  I’ll be gutted to leave such a cracking team at Naked, however life sometimes throws you opportunities that you just can’t turn down”.

Claire Salvetti said: “One Green Bean enjoys incredible momentum in the industry and continues to agitate and evolve.  They’re talented and inspirational people and I’m very much looking forward to joining the ranks.”

Salvetti takes up the role in March 2015, with Ratcliff due to commence mid year.
