Naked Wins The Search Party

Naked Communications has begun working with recruitment start-up The Search Party.

The agency will deliver a creative solution to drive product awareness in Australian and UK markets.

Recognising the lack of technology within the recruitment space, The Search Party built a modern online marketplace that brings employers, recruitment agencies and candidates under the same umbrella. However, it’s the data science and handcrafted algorithms that take The Search Party’s employer/employee matchmaking abilities to the next level. Everyone still gets to do what they do best and remain in control of their decisions and pricing considerations, but what used to take weeks, can now take minutes.

Ben Hutt, CEO of The Search Party said: “It’s fantastic working with such a creative, multidisciplinary team, and we are very excited about the impact the marketing campaign will have as part of our re-launch programme.”

Carl Ratcliff, CEO of Naked Australia said: “Finding the right employee can be a long and tedious task. The data science algorithms that The Search Party has developed, together with their insights around more than 10 million candidates, will no doubt disrupt and revolutionise hiring for businesses forever. We are thrilled to have been selected as The Search Party’s marketing agency in communicating this step-change and continuing to create some brilliant work together.”
