MINT Expands Technology Portfolio With The Addition Of Audio Brand Bang & Olufsen

Insight-led communications consultancy, The Mint Partners has expanded its technology portfolio with the addition of luxury audio lifestyle brand Bang & Olufsen.

Founded in 1925 in Struer, Denmark, Bang & Olufsen has pushed the boundaries of audio technology for almost a century. The company continues to be at the forefront of acoustic innovation with its unique combination of beautiful sound, timeless design and unrivalled craftsmanship.

MINT was selected to represent the brand in the Australian market due to its history of connecting people with the world’s best brands for over a decade.

The consultancy’s remit is around brand positioning, launching new products into the market, strategic media relations, influencer engagement and third-party brand partnerships.

The Mint Partners co-founding managing director Brett Galvin said of the partnership: “We have a long history of successfully working with a mix of heritage and start-up brands. The audio technology space is an exciting one and the Bang & Olufsen brand is a welcome addition to our portfolio. To be able to continue their legacy by telling the stories of its rich heritage in sound, design and craftsmanship is an honour, particularly when you can match that history with its future innovation story.”

Bang & Olufsen regional marketing manager Karen Zheng said: “We are proud to be represented by The Mint Partners in the Australian market. The agency stood out to us due to its understanding of the crossroads between heritage luxury and innovation.”
