M&C Saatchi Nabs Najla Haddad For New Chief Product Officer Role

M&C Saatchi Group AUNZ has appointed Najla Haddad to a newly created Chief Product Officer.

Leaving from The Pharm, WPP’s Walgreens-only agency in New York, Haddad will lead the Commonwealth Bank client relationship team across the group and M&C’s CX product suite.

“Najla is a brilliant addition to our Group Executive team as we continue to bring the best original thinkers and specialists together to realise big ambitions for our clients. She has worked for some of the world’s most progressive brands in one of the most competitive markets in the world, and now will spearhead the continued investment in our customer and CX product suite,” said Justin Graham, M&C Saatchi’s Group CEO.

“We could not be more thrilled that she has joined M&C Saatchi Group on her return to Australian shores.”

Haddad’s started her career in Australia with WPP and spent almost a decade with Oglivy in Sydney and New York. For the past 11 years, whilst in the US, Haddad led teams and clients at VMLY&R and Digitas.

“I’m delighted to be joining the M&C Saatchi Group at a time when digital transformation is front and centre,” said Haddad.

“I’m passionate about building brands through exceptional experiences and am confident that the team and I will take the customer-first capabilities at the group to the next level for our clients.”

Haddad will be based in the M&C Saatchi Group Sydney office.
