Mandoe Media, Australia’s fastest growing interactive digital technology provider is excited to announce their partnership with Dominos to deliver intelligent customer engagement solutions for their stores.

The partnership will see Domino’s roll out new Digital Menu boards, customer WiFi and on screen entertainment across its network of stores in Australia and New Zealand. Dominos will also be using Mandoe’s Instant App product to customise offerings and improve customer’s in-store digital experience.

The traditional Domino’s stores are also undergoing a significant technology refresh in order to enhance the customer experience. We were able to provide them with in-store WiFi, on-screen entertainment including all the benefits of our Instant App® product as well as new digital Menu boards” commented Steve Baxter, CEO, Mandoe Media.

Domino’s recently expanded their multi-pronged digital strategy to include the most competitive offerings such as online ordering, favourite pizza apps, faster delivery, “driver tracking” technology and of course DRU – the automated robotic delivery unit. The successful chain food store’s customer promise remains on delivering the highest quality of freshest food and Mandoe’s digital advertising solutions are designed to deliver just that.

Mandoe Media, an end-to-end service, were able to provide their client with the right technology and service to build on their in-store customer experience. Their digital offering includes the development, implementation and operation of highly customisable and intelligent digital signage that brought Domino’s advertising to life.
