Kate Langbroek has spoken out about parting ways with ARN after her 3 pm pick-up radio show had been canned.
Langbroek is still currently hosting the show alongside her pals Monty Dimond and Yumi Stynes, but it has been announced the radio show won’t be returning next year on KIIS.
However, when Langbroek appeared on News Corp’s I’ve Got News For You Podcast. She spilled on the split from the network.
She said: “Well, look, I’m just gonna say this: Sometimes you just can’t come to terms. And if you can’t come to terms, it’s best you part ways.”
However, Langbroek admitted she didn’t always feel she got the star treatment, and she said: “What they do with their radio station is their business, and it’s no secret that KIIS is very geared around Kyle and Jackie.
“Kyle and Jackie are amazing, I totally understand that, but if you want other stars in your stable, you have to be prepared to treat them like stars, and if you don’t want to do that, that’s fine.”
Thankfully, Langbroek is keeping busy hosting Nine’s Your Mum, My Dad.
