After being acquired in May 2016, customer analytics and marketing automation consultancy JBA has rebranded by taking on its parent company’s name, Kalido. The joining of these two successful businesses has enabled Kalido to become a full-service Customer Experience (CX) agency.
Established in the early 2000s, Kalido continues to grow and expand its offerings to the market. Its services now encompass all aspects of customer experience, including analytics, marketing automation, web and mobile platform development and creative content.
Kalido CEO, Joel Norton, said, “A customer experience agency that is data driven with a strong technology offering is really lacking in the Australian market. There are a few agencies positioning themselves with a CX offering but they are still creative, campaign-centric agencies with a basic proprietary technology offering on the side.
“We’ve turned the traditional agency on its head. Not only are we data led, but we are leading the way with best in class technology partners Salesforce to implement, manage and optimise customer journeys. We also have the ability to build and manage website and mobile platforms as well as produce content to customise the various platforms.
“Kalido has progressed from its creative production beginnings. Bringing JBA fully under the Kalido umbrella ensures we can continue to evolve our offering in line with our client’s changing needs through a combination of strategy, creativity and technology.”
The rebrand of JBA also coincides with the relocation of Kalido’s Melbourne team into a new office in the vibrant suburb of Richmond.
Norton said, “The new office has been designed with collaboration in mind, not just for the team but also as a great place for our clients to visit and collaborate on ideation.
“Kalido is steadily growing. We now have 60 team members across four offices (Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore and Hong Kong), and we are the leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud Partner in the Asia Pacific region.”
Kalido continues to attract high calibre clients and works with brands such as NRMA Insurance, Bradford Solar, Australian Unity, Crown Resorts, Tigerair, AXA, L’Oreal and Foxtel.
