Inlight, an independent digital product agency, with support from customer engagement platform Braze, has announced COMPOSE, Australia’s first event series dedicated to composable architecture and MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) technologies.
The inaugural event, taking place November 27 at Melbourne’s Corner Hotel, will showcase how enterprises are revolutionising customer experiences through composable architecture and modern engagement solutions.
The event will feature Chris Johnston, Director of Regional Partnerships at Braze, sharing insights from Ticketek’s successful customer experience transformation. This case study will demonstrate how one of Australia’s largest ticketing platforms leveraged the Braze platform to enhance engagement across a database of 16M customers.
As organisations grapple with rapid technological change and increasing customer expectations, composable architecture emerges as a crucial strategy for building resilient digital ecosystems. The COMPOSE series arrives at a pivotal moment, with Gartner predicting that “through 2026, 60% of mainstream organisations will actively pursue composability” as they seek to build more adaptable digital foundations.
“Composability can be seen as insurance against change. It provides a way of building agility and resilience into the foundation of any system,” says Patrick Carne, CEO of Inlight. “Through COMPOSE, we’re creating a platform for Australian digital leaders to explore how composable thinking can drive innovation and competitive advantage.”
