History Will Be Kind Appoints Trio Of Talent To Support Continued Growth

Creative communications agency History Will Be Kind (HWBK) is continuing to build its award-winning team, welcoming a trio of new talent and setting its sights on another stellar year of growth.

Joining the consultancy following a raft of new business wins and expanding client remits, Sophie Gudgeon steps into the role of account director, Lauren David jumps into the position of account executive, and Mustafa Al Mahdi rounds out the trio as HWBK’s new digital & content designer.

Previously at One Green Bean in Sydney, and Mischief in London, Sophie has delivered large integrated campaigns and spearheaded industry-first influencer projects for brands including Aldi, Dulux, Merlin Entertainments, Ella’s Kitchen and Langton’s Fine Wine.

Lauren joins following two years in the UK market, where she worked on earned, social and digital campaigns across the fashion, beauty and travel sectors, while Mustafa is set to bolster the agency’s growing production capabilities, drawing on his experience in art direction and product design.

Founder and managing partner of HWBK Emma-Jane (EJ) Granleese said the agency is focused on finding and cultivating the best thinkers, doers and collaborators in the business.

“We’ve had an amazing four years in market and are excited to be moving into year five with what we believe is the best team yet.

“As an agency, we are continuing to evolve and want to challenge ourselves to reach new heights when it comes to quality, creativity and results.

“With our new recruits on board, I feel confident we will continue to raise the industry bar”.

The Deepend Group portfolio includes the leading specialist agencies Deepend (Digital), How To Impact (Innovation), Nomad (Emerging Tech), History Will Be Kind (PR/Social Media) and VERSA (Voice Experience).
