Haystac Sydney has successfully won the Dexus and RateSetter accounts, following competitive pitches for both.

Dexus, one of Australia’s leading real estate groups, with $27.2 billion of assets under management, has appointed Haystac as its retained PR agency.

Dexus manages a high-quality Australian property portfolio which spans the office, industrial, retail and healthcare properties.

The company has more than 30 years of expertise in property investment, development and asset management and is a Top 50 entity by market capitalisation listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (trading code: DXS).

Haystac will manage Dexus’s consumer media, together with Dexus Place and property-level social media strategy and content curation.

They will also undertake PR for various properties and projects across Australia.

Haystac will also be working with RateSetter, Australia’s leading peer-to-peer personal finance lender.

The FinTech company is purpose-built to create a direct transparent marketplace and put control back in the hands of Australian borrowers and investors.

The win sees Haystac take responsibility for RateSetter’s ongoing B2B and B2C media relations, corporate thought leadership and content campaigns.

Haystac’s latest client wins add further breadth to the agency’s extensive brand portfolio ranging from Mars Petcare, Skyscanner, HBO, Etsy, and Bunnings Warehouse to Greenstone Insurance, Checkpoint Cyber Security and Equifax.

Commenting on the news Haystac Sydney general manager Sarah Littlefair said, “2018 has been an extraordinary year for Haystac Sydney, with both the consumer and FinTech divisions showing continuous growth.

“Working closely with our head of strategy, Moensie Rossier, and head of social, Hien Pham, we have continued to foster an environment that produces highly strategic, integrated campaigns that consistently deliver strong results and exceptional ROI for our clients.”

The announcement of the new client wins comes as Project Revoice – Haystac and sister agency, BWM Dentsu’s landmark campaign – continues its successful awards season, following its six Cannes Lion wins.

Its most recent recognition at Spikes Asia 2018 included the Innovation Grand Prix, as well as two Gold, and three Bronze Spikes.

“It’s exciting to see Haystac recognised on a global level for Project Revoice, but we are equally proud of the exceptional day-to-day results we deliver for clients, many of which have been with us for many years,” added Littlefair.
