Digital product and user-experience agency Frank Digital, a Jaywing company, has led a digital transformation for jewellery, diamond and watch retailer, Gregory Jewellers.
Gregory Jewellers selected Frank Digital to reimagine and recreate their online presence with a focus on user experience, design and a forward-thinking eCommerce journey.
With a growing chain of retail stores across the country and over 50 years of experience, Gregory Jewellers is one of Australia’s most well-known brands for exquisitely crafted jewellery and diamond engagement rings.
Key features of the site include a seamless search function and easily accessible mobile/desktop optimised experience. When searching for the perfect engagement ring, Frank developed an intuitive discovery tool that allows users to search on their own terms, whether this be the diamond shape, setting, material or price range.
Gregory Jewellers pride themselves on exceptional customer service and this has been replicated online with users able to browse and shortlist items they are interested in before making a booking for a face-to-face consultation at one of its stores.
The site also integrates with Afterpay and ZipPay, enabling customers to choose from a variety of checkout options to suit their payment preferences.
Matt Barbelli, managing director at Frank Digital said: “During the research phase we always undertake a competitor review, locally and overseas, we discovered that the category was actually quite soft and there were a lot of quick wins that would automatically put us to the top of the class. We’re confident that across all device types and throughout the discovery, shortlisting and purchasing journey, the new Gregory website will deliver for those on the hunt for amazing jewellery.”
Helen Gregory from Gregory Jewellery added: “This new digital platform is a tremendous addition to the Gregory Jewellers business and a key part of our plan to drive growth across the business. We worked closely with Frank to ensure our core values and reputation for the quality and service we are known for has been replicated digitally and we are delighted with the result.”
