Former MKTG Boss Kylie Green Joins Specialist Agency Kimberlin Education As MD

Specialist digital agency Kimberlin Education has announced the appointment of Kylie Green as its first managing director.

Green started her career in advertising and later in activations. She founded her own agency, Kaleidoscope Marketing Communications, in 1998, which she sold to the Photon Group of Companies (now Enero).

After a career break to start her family, Green was then head-hunted to be managing director of MKTG for the Dentsu Aegis Network, and departed from the role in December 2016 after almost four years.

She recently completed a year-long contract at Commonwealth Bank as senior manager of marketing and communications for their Women in Focus community before joining Kimberlin.

As part of aggressive plans by Kimberlin to grow, expand markets and dominate in bringing brands to the classroom, Green is charged with managing the agency’s day to day operations and overseeing the team, with a strong focus on growth, profitability, client services, and new business.

She will also work closely with the agency’s directors, Naomi Lindermeyer and Danielle Fletcher, on its strategic direction and scalability.

“We are thrilled to have appointed Kylie after an extensive recruitment process to find the right person for Kimberlin,” Lindermeyer said.

“Her experience in building and growing agencies, her management style and Kylie’s vast network were something we were looking for in an MD to take Kimberlin to the next level”.

Kylie’s appointment is accompanied by the announcement that Lindermeyer will be relocating to Adelaide to establish an interstate office for Kimberlin, grow its southern states client base, and concentrate on the agency’s consulting offering.

Kimberlin specialises in educational consultancy and has partnered with EY on several projects for State Government.

Commenting on her appointment, Green said: “I am excited to have the opportunity to utilise my marketing and agency skills in the education space, something I have had an interest in for some time.

“Over my years dealing with clients, they have often asked how they can help educate the workforce of the future and now we can help them.”
