Independent digital creative agency ROMEO has announced the appointment of Marco Eychenne as its creative director.
Eychenne (pictured above, centre) was previously the executive creative director at Lavender Sydney, where he led the agency’s creative and customer experience offering for five years.
ROMEO is the digital sibling of Brisbane independent Rumble Creative & Media.
The agency’s co-founders, Scott Esdaile (pictured above, left) and Oscar Nicholson (pictured above, right), said in a joint statement: “We’re thrilled to have Marco join as we expand the agency’s creative and UX/CX offering.
“He is an inspiring creative leader and the perfect fit for ROMEO’s approach of persuasive, ideas-enabled by technology.”
Commenting on his appointment, Eychenne said: “It’s exciting to join ROMEO at this time and be part of the integrated Rumble agency model.
“The place is packed with talent, where tech and creative truly work together to achieve the best for our clients.
“Right now, we are working on exciting digital experience projects that have great purpose – truly living up to the ROMEO adage. ‘we love what’s next’.”
Eychenne joins as ROMEO adds Surf Life Saving Queensland and Tourism and Events Queensland to its client list.
