Brand experiential agency Carrspace has opened a new Sydney office in Surry Hills.
Carrspace director Madeleine Preece is in the process of recruiting more Sydney-based account service and production team members that will be supported by the 18-strong head office of creative, strategy, design and production teams in Melbourne.
Preece credits the agencies’ growth in part to growth in experiential marketing more broadly. “Everything a business does is a brand experience, and the most successful brands live by that. And now with our integrated digital department, everything we do for our clients is amplified, providing greater ROI for their experiential spend.”
The opening of the new Sydney office comes off the back of the very recent appointments of new general manager in Andrew Grubich, new director of client services in Laura May, a digital strategist, Row Murray, and the appointment of an account coordinator, Charli Bromley.
The agency is in the process of planning a move to new, much larger, premises in Collingwood, Melbourne, to accommodate the growth of the agency in 2014 and the forecasted growth in 2015.
Preece said: “We have consolidated our agency position with our flagship clients Renault, L’Oreal Paris and Puma. We have expanded our service offer and off the back of that, we have some exciting new client announcements to make early in 2015.”
