DDB’s Tribal Promotes Kenny McLeod To Head Of Customer Experience On The VW Business

DDB Group’s Tribal has promoted Kenny McLeod (left in lead image) to the role of head of customer experience on the Volkswagen Group account.

McLeod joined DDB Group’s digital experience arm in 2019 as group business director for Volkswagen Group. In his new role, he will assume a leadership role on the account, working alongside managing partner Nick Russo.

Tribal’s work with Volkswagen Group has included CX projects including Cupra’s digital transformation and Volkswagen’s online store and Welcome Experience, plus award-winning integrated work spanning DDB Group such as World’s Smallest Dealership and Golf Ad Break Championship.

Tribal Australia managing director Davy Rennie (right in lead image) said: “Kenny cemented himself as a pivotal member of the Tribal team quickly, and has only gone from strength to strength since. He’s driven some of our best work and is the epitome of what it means to be both talented and nice.

“It was clear that the next step was Kenny taking on a bigger role across Volkswagen’s CX agenda. We know he’ll continue to do big things for our excellent VW partners.”
