Award winning content and social agency Daresay has bolstered its team with the appointment of two editors and a community manager to manage new business growth.

Matilda Duffecy joins Daresay as senior content editor from UK design consultancy The Frameworks. For three years she was at advertising and content agency Edge, starting as editor before being promoted to senior editor. She has also worked at Inside Out and Super Food Ideas magazine in editorial and social media roles.

In the second appointment, Daresay has hired Noah Shaberman as junior content editor. With a degree in media, Shaberman has experience in communications and content roles at SurfAid and recruitment consultancy Australiance.

Finally, Kaleela Lauder joins as community manager and content assistant. A journalism graduate with a focus on public relations and content creation, she previously worked at PR and communications agency Electric Collective.

Ruth Haffenden, managing partner at Daresay, part of RXP Group said, “I’m delighted that Matilda, Noah and Kaleela have joined the team at a time the business is experiencing growth from existing and new clients. All three bring a great energy and will complement the work of the wider Daresay team as we continue to expand.”

Daresay, which for the second-year running was named AdNews Content Agency of the Year in 2020, works with clients including Westpac, Business Australia, Masterpet and Goodman Fielder.

Since launching in 2018 the business has grown significantly with its team of strategists, editors, producers, and social media experts providing end-to-end strategy, production and amplification services to clients across B2C and B2B. In the second half of last year Daresay, together with sister agency The Works, launched ‘Van Jams’, a free service where team members travelled around New South Wales offering digital marketing and social media advice and support to small businesses impacted by COVID and the bushfires.
