Specialist corporate and financial communications counsel Madden & Assoc. (M&A) has announced key changes to its advisory team.
The new appointments include the promotion of Sarah Kendell to account director, along with the elevation of Natalie Bacon and Bella Nguyen to account manager roles.
Furthermore, Laura Cranley has joined the firm as PR assistant.
M&A managing director Bruce Madden (pictured above) said the new appointments enable the firm to provide a higher level of support to clients and allows for future growth.
“It is great to congratulate our talented team members and see them progress their career development at M&A,” he said.
“The promotions cement an important period of growth for the business and helps to set us up in our core niche of reputation counsel in the banking and financial services sector.
“The royal commission into banking is set to hand down its key findings in February. The impact of this and the preceding months of inquiry is significant. The sector has a long road ahead to rebuild community trust.
“Many clients have already turned to our boutique service offering as they see a firm aligned with their goals, and which brings a depth of specialist industry knowledge and expertise.”
In addition to doubling its staff footprint in 2018, over the past six months M&A has won a number of new accounts, each with ambitious plans and marketing requirements.
“The M&A team is thrilled to welcome our new clients on board,” Madden said.
“The financial sector faces challenging times ahead. Authentic communication is one of the enduring hallmarks for us, and our focus on protecting and enhancing the reputation capital of clients.”
