Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers has launched its new personal injury campaign, developed by Campaign Edge, which is running across TV, radio, outdoor, online and social media starting this week
The campaign focuses on how people who need a compensation lawyer often rely on the advice of family, friends and acquaintances who make recommendations about which lawyer to choose.
Everyone seems to know someone who is a lawyer, and that recommendation is well intentioned, but if you want the best advice on which lawyer to choose, wouldn’t it be best to ask a lawyer who they would choose?
The campaign sets Carroll & O’Dea apart by injecting a bit of light hearted humour to make the point.
“Advertising in the personal injury space has typically been a personal story or about access to justice,” said Campaign Edge executive creative director Dee Madigan.
“With this campaign, we’re trying to replicate those moments in life when everyone is telling you what to do, who you should choose. We’re telling that story in a different way, with a storyline we think will stand-out with the audience,” she said.
