Top Facebook lists of 2012 revealed

Entertainment like TV and music and films has been the most talked about thing on Facebook for Australians this year, with One Direction heading up the list.

The social network has launched is memology 2012 list, which includes the top ten mentions, check-ins and songs of the last year.

Unsurprisingly Kony 2012 made the list whilst Gangnam Style, Big Brother, The Voice and The Hunger Games were also up there, while the Olympics and the Sydney Swans AFL win also scored highly.

Sports venues were the top check-in destinations, although Bondi Beach and the Sydney Opera House are also high on the list.
