On the back of growing client demand and expansion, GroupM media agency Mindshare has strengthened its digital capabilities with the appointment of a head of digital in both its Sydney and Melbourne offices.

Isabelle Dunn (pictured above, right) joins the team as head of digital – Sydney from 15 August, while Mindshare has promoted Melbourne digital director Tanya Koppe (pictured left) to the role of head of digital – Melbourne, effective immediately.

Dunn has more than 13 years’ experience in media, with 10 years specialising in digital. Her most recent role was as digital consultant for Ebiquity and prior to Ebiquity, she held various positions and straddled multiple digital disciplines at GroupM sister agency Mediacom, both in Sydney and London.

Koppe has been at Mindshare for almost two years as digital director and is a key member of the agency’s NAB team in Melbourne. Prior to Mindshare, she was digital director at Vizeum.

Both Dunn and Koppe will report to Mindshare chief investment officer Nicola Lewis.

Lewis said, “The creation of these roles and subsequent appointment of both Isabelle and Tanya reflects the increasing importance of our single-minded approach to outcome-based, data-driven and device-agnostic digital media.

“I am confident both Isabelle and Tanya will make a positive impact on all our clients as they assume a position of digital leadership across each office. Their knowledge of the sector and expertise make them the perfect team to strengthen our position as a market leading digital agency.”

Dunn added, “After a short break honing my consultancy skills, I am really excited to be returning agency side as part of the GroupM family again. I’m looking forward to joining the dynamic and talented team at Mindshare.”

Koppe said, “I’m honoured to have the opportunity to further drive digital innovation and thought leadership for our clients at Mindshare Melbourne, and look forward to rolling out a national digital strategy with my counterpart in Sydney.”
