You can do a shopping or sightseeing tour on a bus, but if you work in the advertising and marketing industry in Melbourne, you can also do a bus tour of leading marketing industry suppliers to gain knowledge to help you with your data-driven marketing and advertising campaigns.

ADMA’s Victoria Branch is organising a day-long backstage tour of industry-leading suppliers. This year’s tour includes visits to an integrated results-driven agency, two specialist data solutions providers, a mail house, a printer, the Australia Post State Mail Centre and a global digital service provider.

Designed to help marketers gain real-life insights into the planning, creation and execution of a campaign, the following companies will take part in the 2014 tour: CUBED Communications, Inivio, Action Mailing Lists, Blue Star Print Group, Oracle/Responsys and Australia Post.

“Marketers are faced with more challenges than ever. The ADMA Backstage Tour is designed as an educational outing to hear from specialists in each facet of a marketing campaign on what they need to provide the best outcomes for clients. Each supplier provides a short presentation about key things marketers and advertisers should know at each step of the campaign as well as tips to deploy and traps to avoid,” Craig Wallis, ADMA Victoria Branch Chair, said.

Where: Melbourne

When: Thursday, 14 August 2014

Time: 8.15am-4.30pm (breakfast and transport provided)

Starts and finishes at: CUBED Communications, 125 Ferrars Street, Southbank. Tickets are limited.
