Global CX solutions provider Confirmit joins forces with Australian strategy consultancy Growth Mantra to create an innovative suite of customer-centric services. This is in response to the increasing demand for customer experience strategy and Voice of the Customer (VoC) solutions in the APAC region.

The strategic partnership will marry Confirmit’s cutting-edge VoC solutions and global outlook with Growth Mantra’s unrivalled expertise in customer-driven growth strategy.

The two will work closely together to create tailored customer experience and VoC solutions based on the award-winning Confirmit Voices methodology and Growth Mantra’s proven track record for identifying profitable and sustainable growth opportunities for major Australian companies.

Confirmit and Growth Mantra will showcase their new partnership at the Confirmit-hosted Connecting Customer Experience to Business Outcomes event on May 24 in Sydney.

The evening function — part of an international roadshow celebrating Confirmit’s 20th anniversary — will also feature presentations from international Voice of the Customer expert Claire Sporton and Growth Mantra Partner, Jess Gill.

“We are very excited to be partnering with Growth Mantra to provide Australian businesses with customer experience solutions that will deliver real business change,” said Sporton, Confirmit’s vice president of customer experience management.

“Confirmit’s solutions give businesses the ability to really listen to the Voice of the Customer and easily integrate that feedback with their existing data to generate powerful and actionable insights.

“We’ve spent 20 years delivering innovative solutions to drive Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Employee and Market Research programs and we are looking forward to working alongside our customers with Growth Mantra to support them in delivering world class customer experience programmes focused on measureable business results.”

Growth Mantra partner, Jess Gill, said the partnership is unique and will offer a significant competitive advantage to its clients.

“Business growth is clearly being led by putting the customer at the heart of business strategy. Partnering with Confirmit allows Growth Mantra to provide a unique, powerful and market-leading end-to-end customer experience solution that allows companies to truly put their customers at the centre,” said Gill.

“We have entered an era where ‘Customer Experience’ is the new differentiator. Those brands that focus on gaining a deeper understanding of their customers by designing an end-to-end branded customer experience tailored to their customer needs will be the winners.

“We’ve been searching for a CX technology partner that can help our clients embed CX strategy throughout their organisation. We haven’t seen anything that comes close to Confirmit’s solutions and we are thrilled about the partnership.”
