What’s the one question you would ask your favourite celebrity if you ever had the chance? A major new show will give celebrity-lovers the opportunity to do just that with an inquisitive, cheeky chat show set to brighten up Sunday afternoon radio.
Produced by Authentic Entertainment, BOXED IN is an exciting new format hosted by the irrepressible FOX FM breakfast show co-host Fifi Box. Each week the studio doors are locked, and armed with listener questions, Fifi will interview a range of A-List celebrities, from artists, to actors, to sports personalities.
Authentic Entertainment director of broadcast content, Nik Robinson, said, “BOXED IN will ask the questions everyone’s burning to ask. We’re thrilled to have Fifi Box on board as our host, her bubbly nature, infectious laugh and hilarious stories will definitely bring the best out of the guests”.
Adding, “giving listeners a part of the show where they can ask questions through Fifi will add some fun & unpredictability – everyone will feel part of the conversation.”
The first guest to launch BOXED IN will be cricket legend Shane Warne whose interview will be broadcast on the first show on Sunday 1st March, with Grammy award-winning music producer/singer, Mark Ronson, among the list of big-name guests lined-up to get BOXED IN the studio in the coming weeks.
Broadcast nationally across Today’s Hit Network, BOXED IN airs in a one hour slot every Sunday from 5pm.
There will also be additional segments broadcast on Fifi’s Fox FM Breakfast Show in Melbourne.
The programme is the third new radio show launched by Authentic Entertainment in the space of two weeks, following hot on the tails of Planet Vevo and The Drop which launched across Today’s Hit Network at the end of January.
This third new property signifies a significant injection of innovation to product slate, something Robinson is spearheading – so watch this space for more new product throughout the year ahead.
