Independent communications agency We Scout has expanded its account management team with Loreen Tischler as senior account director and Natalee Paric as account manager.
Tischler joins We Scout with nearly a decade of experience spanning in-house communications, startups, PR and creative agencies. Her cross-sector background brings a blend of strategic communications, reputation management and creative campaign development, with a focus on travel and technology sectors.
Tischler will bring that mix of strategy and creativity to We Scout’s client partnerships and said the opportunity to join was driven by the agency’s client partners, its founders’ approach to leadership and growth, and its ambition to shape how brands earn attention.
“What excites me is the opportunity to bring together different ways of thinking about communications. Building reputation now takes something broader: creative, earned ideas that work across every channel. We Scout understands that what cuts through for brands keeps changing, and it’s built to change with it,” she said.
Paric joins as account manager. Having worked across in-house and multiple large agencies, including Edelman and Ogilvy, she specialises in media relations, creator relations and integrated campaigns across beauty, lifestyle, tech and travel.
“It has been great to hit the ground running and work alongside We Scout’s client partners, as a part of their team. I get to work across everything: media, creators, content and experience. Because we sit so close to our clients, you’re working on their brand from the inside, which is where the best ideas come from,” added Paric.
We Scout has partnered with the likes of brands including BetaShares, the National Rugby League (NRL), Renault Australia, Philips Avent, Mudgee Region Tourism and Lounge Lovers.
Lori Susko, co-founder of We Scout said: “We’ve always worked best when we’re trusted to be an extension of our clients’ teams, and that takes people who can think strategically and roll up their sleeves. Loreen and Natalee both do that really well,” said Susko.
“Being independent means we can move quickly and make every investment work harder for our clients, which matters more than ever right now. Loreen brings a real understanding of communications from both the agency and client side, and Natalee brings strong media and creator experience. We’re really pleased to welcome them both.”
