Stockland has launched its annual Christmas campaign, Sort It at Stockland, that spotlights the role its town centres play in making it easier for customers to enjoy every moment of the season – no matter what it brings.

The campaign features a series of 15-second videos that capture the joys – and, at times, chaos – of the festive season, including the everyday essentials and last-minute items that can easily be picked up at a Stockland town centre.

The campaign will roll out nationally across Stockland’s owned channels, paid media, and in-centre activations. Stockland Head of Investment Management, Customer and Marketing, Natalie Warren-Smith said the new campaign reminds customers that Christmas shopping doesn’t always need to be stressful.

“The festive season is full of magic, though we know that from time to time there can be a little sprinkle of chaos – there’s gifts to wrap, feasts to plan, and people to host. This year, our Christmas campaign is focused on making it easier for our customers to do all that and more, while still enjoying the merry moments in between,” Ms Warren-Smith said.

“We want every visit to Stockland to feel welcoming, uplifting and full of festive inspiration. Whether customers are shopping for gifts, grabbing groceries, or just enjoying time together, our campaign reminds people that we’re here to help them sort it.”

Havas Host Head of Client Experience Laura Mahony said working on this retail campaign was exciting because it celebrates Stockland’s ability to turn everyday dependability into something genuinely heroic.

“Sort It at Stockland shows that dependability doesn’t have to be ordinary – it’s about the small, meaningful ways the brand helps Australians keep life running smoothly, creating moments that feel both familiar and unexpectedly empowering. More than that, it positions Stockland as a trusted partner in people’s lives, enabling Australians to tackle whatever life throws at them,” Ms Mahony said.

Havas Host Head of Strategy Phil Pickering also echoed this sentiment.

“Our Aussie Future research shows we’ve turned inward, looking for brands that make our individual lives better, not just the world around us. In a chaotic world, dependability has never been more desirable. Sort It at Stockland celebrates that; we’re the perfect partner for an imperfect life,” Mr Pickering said.

In-centre Christmas activations and digital media include:

  • $5,000 Stocking Competition: From 6 – 30 November, customers can visit their local Stockland centre and scan to enter the national giveaway. One lucky winner will receive a $5,000 gift card to help fill their Christmas stocking. Customers are encouraged to enter daily to increase their chances of winning.
  • Santa Photos: Santa photography will be available across centres, including pet sessions at selected locations. Stockland members receive early access to bookings before they open to the public. Sensitive Santa sessions will also be offered at centres with photography services, catering to children with sensory differences.
  • Black Friday Super Sale: Running 27 November – 1 December, this is the perfect time to stock up on Christmas presents early and enjoy great deals across participating retailers.
  • Festive Services & Experiences: Centres will be filled with seasonal cheer, including Santa visits, joyful decorations, and charity-led gift wrapping stations. Gift wrapping is available for a gold coin donation, featuring bespoke designs including a new children’s wrap.
  • Seasonal Food Inspiration: Customers can explore fresh food ideas and entertaining tips to make summer celebrations easy, delicious, and memorable.
  • Send a Postcard to Santa & Gifting Extras: Children can write and send a magical postcard to Santa in-centre. Giving Tree tags will be available for those wanting to support others, and Stockland gift cards can be purchased for the perfect flexible gift.
  • Boxing Day & Summer Sale: From 26 December through January, customers can take advantage of post-Christmas savings during the Summer Sale.
