Nature has announced the addition of five new staff to its Melbourne office, including three associate directors, a head of marketing and a design specialist.

The appointments follow strong growth across the business in 2022 and is part of Nature’s ongoing commitment to be a business that informs tomorrow by investing in its people.

Nature founder and managing partner, Chris Crook, said: “Everyone understands the importance of great people in growing a great business and culture, and I’m really proud that our business is in the position to attract and sign such top talent.

“Our focus right now is where it needs to be, which is on our people and culture.

“We’re also pleased to create new roles for both marketing and design which reflects our shift in strategic positioning and our focus on the future of the company. Just recently, we’ve been honoured with B Corp certification and a finalist position in the 2022 ESOMAR Research Effectiveness Awards.

“Both are testament to how we balance profit with purpose and continuously strive for better outputs.”
