Digital ad solutions provider InSkin Media has announced the latest expansion of its Australian operations, with Adam Hairston (pictured above) joining the company is a senior commercial executive.

Hairston will form a key part of InSkin’s agency-facing team, helping drive sales and relationships across the Sydney and Melbourne markets.

He joins InSkin following two years at SOCiETY Social as a strategic adviser. Prior to that, he worked as a content and community manager at We Are Social.

Hairston’s appointment is the seventh hire made by InSkin in a little over a year, as the bespoke digital ad format provider continues to grow its Australian footprint since entering the market in July 2015.

InSkin specialises in non-standard digital formats that wrap around publisher environments, integrating animation and video elements into advertiser creative to boost user engagement while remaining considerate to the user experience.

The business has been strategically hiring staff with an agency background to ensure stable and holistic service to its growing stable of advertisers, publishers and agencies.

InSkin general manager Matt Newcomb said Hairston’s appointment is more positive momentum in what’s already been a strong first quarter.

“We’re delighted to have Adam joining us as we pursue another great year in 2017,” he said.

“Our growing footprint in Australia is built on great formats, a premium network of publishers, and an industry that’s starting to embrace high-quality digital branding campaigns.”

Commenting on his appointment, Hairston said he is looking forward to furthering InSkin’s relationships with leading publishers and agency groups.

“The role of creativity in digital media is as relevant as ever, and I’m happy to be working with a business that constantly innovates to deliver bespoke campaigns that are both beautiful and effective,” he said.

“The InSkin team are great, and I’m excited to crack on meeting agencies, publishers and advertisers in the coming months.”
