Following two years of enforced isolation, Sydney’s marketing and media industry’s annual humdinger Pitch2Punch is back! And applications for this year’s group of Industry Champions are now open. One of them could be you.
As two of B&Ts own Champions David Hovenden and Sarah Greenan can attest, there really is nothing quite like it. So, if you’re up for one of the biggest mental and physical challenges of your life (and feel as if the adrenalin rush from pitching for your clients’ business isn’t quite doing it for you) you should but those pens down, put your hands up and get your Pitch2Punch application form in pronto.
“We are back, bigger and better than ever and can’t wait for our next set of outstanding Industry Champions to step into the ring” said event organiser Gareth Eden-Styche. “Pitch2Punch really is the best of its kind, anywhere in the world, and we can’t wait for you to be part of it.”
Everyone is welcome. Any age, size, gender, experience or job title. Whoever you are, the team at Pitch2Punch will get you ready and host one of the most amazing nights of your life. And if you’re in any doubt if you could do it “yes, you do have what it takes” said Eden-Styche. And you can’t argue with that. Well you probably could. But perhaps, in the ring.
Pitch2Punch will take place on Friday 11th November at the Royal Randwick Racecourse Ballroom in front of over 600 ecstatic black tie guests and once again supports positive mental health across our industry and beyond through its charity partner batyr, helping young people to engage in positive conversations about their mental health.
Training starts Friday 26th August at 8Limbs gym in Bondi Junction.
Applications open Friday 24th June. Close Friday 5th August.
