Former V8 supercar driver and TV & radio personality, Grant Denyer, has been unveiled as ambassador and spokesperson for Gumtree Cars.
The one-year long spokesperson campaign is being supported with a multi-channel marketing approach, to drive more users to Gumtree and Gumtree Cars
The automotive category is the second most popular category on Gumtree and Gumtree Cars is already #1 for privately listed cars.
The announcement comes after a spate of new hires for the Gumtree Cars brand, which officially launched in 2017.
Now, there are more than 150,000 new and used cars listings on the site, with 6,000 new cars listed each day. In addition, on average 150,000 Australians visit Gumtree Cars every day.

On his new role, Denyer commented: “I only ever got into TV as a means to fund my racing.
