Independent Sydney agency, Elevencom, has appointed two new creative hires, Maria Torres and Gemma Easton.
The pair bring experience across QSR, food, beverage and automotive categories, with a track record in integrated brand campaigns, social content and culturally relevant creative.
Art director Maria Torres, began her career in Barcelona before establishing herself in Sydney at agencies including Ogilvy and The Monkeys. She has created campaigns for a range of clients, including KFC, Coke and Nestlé.
Writer Gemma Easton has joined Elevencom with 10 years’ experience in social media, content creation and advertising. She began her agency career by winning the South Australian AWARD School, before moving to Sydney to work at Richards Rose on clients including Mitsubishi Motors, Lindt Chocolate and White Bay Beer.
The team will work across the Elevencom client portfolio, including Domino’s, The Cheesecake Shop and MG. Their brief is to inject fresh campaign thinking and bold ideas that resonate with audiences wherever they engage.
Torres said: “It’s where the work is evolving the fastest, ideas move quickly and output is high. I’m excited to build a deeper body of work at Elevencom,” Torres said.
Easton added, “We’re entering a new era of storytelling. The work that cuts through now is a considered concoction of human insight and some daring attitude. I’m excited to deliver that work at Elevencom,”
