eBay has partnered with The Idea Shed and the production team at Chronicle Studios to launch its 2026 Roadshow.
It will include a national program of workshops and live events designed to inspire, educate and empower sellers for the next era of growth on the platform.
Spanning Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, alongside industry events including Retail Fest (Gold Coast) and Online Retailer (Sydney). The Roadshow aims to bring eBay’s latest innovations and tools to life through a fully integrated, experience-led approach.
eBay has said the program responds to an evolving retail landscape, creating in-person connections with sellers while cutting through competitive event environments.
At the centre of the Roadshow is a retail-inspired ‘storefront’ exhibition stand, created to translate eBay’s innovations into a tangible and engaging experience. The stand invites sellers to explore new tools, connect with experts and participate in conversations to drive business outcomes.
Complementing the exhibition is a refined series of seller workshops, developed in response to direct feedback from the eBay community. The sessions provide insights and support while fostering peer-to-peer connection.
The Idea Shed partner and ECD John Volckman said: “This Roadshow is about bringing eBay’s vision to life in a way that feels real, useful and genuinely valuable for sellers. By combining immersive experiences with practical learning, we’ve created a platform that not only builds confidence in what’s next, but empowers sellers to take action and grow”
eBay marketing lead Sandra Raskovska said: “We approached the Roadshow as more than just an event series – it was an opportunity to create a truly immersive experience for sellers. In close partnership with The Idea Shed and Chronicle Studios, we combined strategic storytelling, creative vision, and production expertise to deliver something inspiring, memorable, and genuinely valuable for our community.”
The Roadshow has already delivered workshops in Melbourne and Brisbane, alongside a presence at Retail Fest. The program is set to continue with a Sydney workshop and Online Retailer activation in July.
