Oli is one of the more experienced and ambitious behaviour change specialists in the communications industry. Notably via the application of behavioural science to marketing. His drive, ability and expertise in the field was acknowledged at the end of 2014 when he was awarded and recognised as one of Australia’s top 30 (under the age of 30) marketers.He also now considers himself to be somewhat of an entrepreneur. With extensive experience across a range of communication roles, Oli was provided the opportunity to partner with BMF co-founder and ex Campaign Palace Chairman, Paul Fishlock, in the establishment and development of creative agency, Behaviour Change Partners. Founded on the principals of behavioural science, Behaviour Change Partners has set out to show how modern day marketing can be more engaging, persuasive and effective when borrowing from the deep wells of behavioural theory, insight and science.In addition to running an agency, Oli has spent a huge amount of time designing, executing and managing both proactive and reactive businesses, campaigns and projects with fastidious attention to detail and creative flair. With a proven track record for building and maintaining strong relationships in delivering effective and creative solutions, Oli prides himself on being that contact people know they can come to when they need, or want, something done.
