Today the Brave has promoted Alyce Gillis to strategy partner due to her impact on the agency’s growth, strategic offering and client success over the past two years.
According to the agency, with experience spanning brand, creative, PR and social, Gillis brings a connected, integrated and culturally-led approach to strategy, combining deep audience understanding with an instinct for emerging trends, content behaviour and the pace at which culture moves.
The promotion is a move set to expand her impact across the agency and client partnerships.
As strategy partner, Alyce will join creative partners Jade Manning and Vince Osmond, and managing partner Jaimes Leggett, helping shape the agency’s strategic offering and future growth
“What drew me to Today the Brave in the first place was the ambition. Not growth for growth’s sake, but a genuine belief that creativity can be a commercial force when you’re brave enough to back it,” Gillis said.
“Only a few years in, we’re building something pretty special and expanding across creative, shopper, media and AI, while staying close to the work and the clients. I think that’s pretty rare in the industry today.
“The opportunity now is to connect those capabilities in ways that create even more value for our clients. Over the next 12 months, my focus is on continuing to build a strategic offering that helps clients navigate complexity, make better decisions and ultimately create work that doesn’t just get noticed, but moves their business forward,” said.
Leggett said Gillis has played “a significant role in shaping the business we’ve become”.
“Her ability to turn insight, creativity and commercial outcomes has made her a key contributor to the agency’s integrated offering across creative, media, shopper and experiential. Alyce’s promotion simply recognises the impact she’s already had and the role she’ll continue to play as part of our management team,” he said.
The promotion comes as Today the Brave continues to grow its client portfolio and integrated capabilities, reinforcing its commitment to building senior leadership from within while delivering commercially effective, culturally relevant work for clients.
