Woolworths Carols in The Domain, Australia’s beloved Christmas tradition, will be broadcast live on Channel 7 and 7plus on Saturday, December 21.

This marks a significant return to live national coverage, offering audiences across the country the chance to experience the magic in real-time. The 2023 event captivated over 2 million viewers and generated more than 9 million streaming minutes on 7plus.

This year, the live broadcast promises to bring even more excitement, with performances from a stellar lineup that includes The Wiggles, Samantha Jade, Rhonda Burchmore, Hugh Sheridan, Conrad Sewell and Budjerah, with many more set to make an appearance. Choreography and a performance by Kym Johnson and the return of Musical Maestro Chong Lim.

Attendees in Sydney can enjoy the event in person, complete with dazzling fireworks, a winter wonderland, and snowfall that will add to the festive atmosphere. The event aims to create an unforgettable experience for families and friends as they gather to celebrate the holiday season.

“The return to a live broadcast after several years is an exciting milestone for Woolworths Carols in The Domain in our long-standing partnership with the Seven Network. This event has always been about bringing people together and being able to share it live with the entire nation enhances that spirit of connection and celebration,” said Michael McKay, Carols executive producer of 36 years.

Woolworths Carols in The Domain continues to be a highlight of the holiday season, inviting Australians to join in a night of music, joy, and community.
