UNIQLO Australia has announced some significant updates to its retail offering with digital commerce at the fore.
Launching from 17 September, the brand will introduce a suite of new services and features across its online and physical retail channels, integrating digital and in-store experiences.
Its Click & Collect services have been expanded to the full online range and in-store items. Click & Collect Lockers with initial trials in Knox and Emporium stores. A new Order & Pick service will launch from early October, enabling customers to collect online purchases in-store within two hours – meeting the growing demand for speed and flexibility.
Utilising a state-of-the-art automated distribution centre in Victoria, Express Delivery will be available nationwide from September 22.
It will launch an upgraded website platform will offer a faster and more intuitive shopping journey. Key improvements include smarter search capability, streamlined layouts, an easier checkout process, and new payment methods such as Google Pay, Apple Pay. Physical Gift Cards will also be available to use online and purchase in stores from September 17.
From October 27, a new eConcierge service will allow customers to shop the full online range directly in-store and pay at the register, with delivery to their preferred address. Combined with a refreshed mobile app experience featuring increased support, online digital order history, and curated content, customers will enjoy a connected and supportive shopping experience wherever they are.
UNIQLO’s upcoming launch also includes value-added services like pre-order options for selected items and integrated order history tracking across all channels – further simplifying the path from inspiration to purchase.

As part of the roll-out, Uniqlo.com.au will temporarily turn off the Click and Collect service from 31 August and restart on 23 of September. The Website will not be operational for two days over 15 and 16 September and the APP will relaunch on the 17 of September.
