Rhythm and Vines (R&V), New Zealand’s New Year’s celebration, is gearing up for its 23rd edition with brand activations and a lineup of artists to usher in 2026. This year, One NZ, Uber One and Red Bull return with Asahi Beverages ‘X by Long White’ making its debut.
From 28 December – 1 January, Waiohika Estate will transform into a global destination for music fans, welcoming thousands of festival‑goers to experience the first sunrise of the year.
This year’s partnerships, developed in collaboration with Live Nation’s Media and Sponsorships Team, are designed to amplify the festival experience, building memories to drive long-term brand loyalty.
One NZ continues its long‑standing role as pre-sale and presenting partner of the One NZ Vines Stage, offering camping and VIP side‑of‑stage access. New for 2025, the Prepay Plus claw machine will give fans the chance to win prizes daily, including brand new phones.
Uber One returns with a fresh concept: the Uber One Diner. With prime stage views, daily food drops, and drinks on deck, members will enjoy perks and the best vantage point in the house.
Red Bull brings high‑energy fitness to the festival with the Shred Shed, teaming up with F45 athletes to deliver workouts and the Red Bull Run Club each day.

Platypus Shoes introduces Kicks Club, a nightclub experience featuring House, EDM, Pop, and karaoke sessions that promise late‑night fun.
Asahi Beverages X by Long White debuts as the official Vodka RTD partner, inviting fans to their hilltop activation zone to sip and celebrate.
Lipton provides festival-goers with a cool-down on the Lipton waterslide while sipping on a refreshing No Sugar Ice Tea, while Lion’s Speight’s takes over as the official beer partner.
McDonald’s is also back, and this year, they will be serving free soft serve at the Macca’s Sweet Spot while providing fun at the new McDonaldland mini putt.
Bodyarmor Lyte will be making its New Zealand festival debut, offering rapid hydration with five electrolytes in three flavours to keep fans going strong.
In addition to brand activations, Rhythm and Vines 2025 will showcase over 100 artists across multiple stages. Headliners include hip‑hop artist Kid Cudi, punk innovators Turnstile, and drum and bass favourite Wilkinson along with 070 Shake, Kiwi powerhouse L.A.B, UK duo Maribou State, and A‑Trak. Fans can also expect performances from rising locals like Corrella and There’s a Tuesday to international names including Kanine, Notion, Sam Gellaitry, Skepsis, and Cyril to round out a diverse mix of rap, punk, electronic, indie and homegrown talent.
