Thursday TV Wrap: T20 World Cup Bowls A Win For Nine

Last night saw most people head to the pub or hit up late-night shopping, but Nine’s cricket coverage pushed it over the line!

According to OzTAM metro numbers, Nine pulled in 30.9 per cent. Seven Network had 28.7 per cent. ABC Network had 16.9 per cent, 10 did 14.3 per cent, and SBS did 9.1 per cent.

In the news and current affairs, Seven’s 6 pm bulletin did 795,000, and rival Nine’s had 632,000. 

Nine’s ACA pulled 488,000 – I feel like Grimshaw should become an advisor on The Block. She could oversee all the Tradies; no one keeps a Tradie in line like Grimshaw. 

Seven’s The Chase pulled in 452,00 Viewers.  Home and Away grabbed 397,000 viewers. Kath & Kim grabbed 227,000 viewers – I love these ladies! 

Nine’s Cricket coverage of the India-England semi-final pulled in 479,000 viewers. Setting up a blockbuster England-Pakistan final at the MCG on Sunday evening.

Hot Seat also grabbed 282,000 viewers.

10’s The Project grabbed 236,00 viewers. Ambulance Australia held 223,000 viewers – a strong reminder that screaming, crying and throwing up isn’t helpful during a crisis. 

ABC’s News pulled in 515,000 viewers. 7.30 grabbed 373,000 viewers.
