Independent media agency Hatched welcomed media partners with its second annual Open House at its Melbourne headquarters.
Hatched Open House cracked Hatched open to update media partners on the agency and its clients’ plans for the coming 12 months. This year’s event had a carnival theme with teams from across the business, led by Ashlie McIntosh, Georgie Harrington, Juliana Yeoh and Lou Noble, creating stalls to showcase the agency’s clients and their products, with each stall offering games and prizes.
Hatched clients donated a slew of prizes which were raffled off, including two Antarctica flights thanks to APT, a $500 Forty Winks Voucher, a $500 Reece voucher, a $250 Autobarn voucher, plus prize packs from Gorilla Glue, Boost, Mission Foods and Conga Foods. The proceeds of the raffle will go to Hatched’s charity of choice, Our Village (formerly St Kilda Mums), an organisation that collects pre-loved nursery and children’s items to rehome them to vulnerable babies and children in need.
Hatched’s craft specialists from across the business shared their expertise from the agency’s ID solution, HatchedID, to SEO, performance and effectiveness.
Partners in attendance included Seven, Nine, News Corp, JCDecaux, Foxtel, MiQ, Civic Outdoor, Nova, ARN, Nexxen, Mamamia, Cartology, QMS, Val Morgan, SCA, Ten, The Trade Desk, Bishop Outdoor, Are Media, ARN, ATN, Broadsheet, CarSales, Coles360, GoTransit, The Guardian, GumGum, Hoopla Interactive, HypeTap, LinkedIn, Mamamia, Listnr, Meta, OA Collective, oOh! “Our Open House is our way of saying a massive thank you to our media partners. It is more important than ever to find time to connect across the industry, and we’re incredibly proud to play a small role in doing so,” said Hatched CEO Stephen Fisher.
“This is more than an opportunity to get out from behind our computers; it is a chance to bring the sales side together to take a collective breath, share plans for the year ahead and proudly showcase Hatched clients and products. It’s also about acknowledging the partnerships we’ve formed, and how the media and sales teams always take the very best care of us and our clients.”
At the event, the agency made a pledge to turn up with heart, to put relationships first and be the most trusted partner.
Fisher added: “The work we do in partnership with media owners is the backbone of what drives growth and effectiveness for our clients. Hatched has always been about putting people first, and there has never been a greater need to reaffirm that genuine collaboration, communication and trust can drive momentum across the industry.”
