George P. Johnson Appoints Marc Iacono As Director Of Operations

The local arm of global experience agency George P. Johnson (GPJ) has announced the appointment of Marc Iacono (pictured) to the newly-created position of director of operations.

Iacono joins GPJ from Momentum Worldwide Australia, where he worked as executive producer of experiential for nearly five years.

His background also includes working as head of production at brand experience marketing agency PLAY Communication, head of production at multi-channel broadcaster C4 Live, and as VP executive producer at Jack Morton Worldwide.

The appointment also marks a return to the GPJ fold for Iacono, who worked for the business on a contract basis in 2012 for the launch of a streaming service for Telstra.

In his new role, Iacono will oversee day-to-day operational activities at GPJ as it continues its evolution as a full-service experiential agency.

Caleb Bush, managing director at GPJ Australia, said: “Marc’s extensive experience and outstanding operational skills make him an excellent fit for our fast-growing business.

“His expertise is certain to benefit our business and our clients as he takes our results-focused operational framework next-level.”
