Do.Agency Acquires Stake In UK Creative Agency The Elephant Room

DO. Agency has further expanded its global footprint by acquiring a stake in UK creative agency, The Elephant Room (TER).

The partnership is a key step in both agencies’ ambitions, providing TER with access to a global footprint and international talent, and providing DO. with an established, strong, and growing agency in the UK’s creative market. This alliance is a direct response to a market where clients are increasingly looking for independent partners who can offer a creative solution on a global scale.

The move also marks a reunion of familiar faces. The Elephant Room’s founder and MD, Dan Saxby, and DO. founders Andrew Dowling and Tom Ormes previously worked together to launch and grow iris Worldwide across Asia between 2006 and 2011.

“The partnership with The Elephant Room is a win, win for DO. It provides our network with an established, strong and growing agency in the world’s most influential creative market, along with a mate and a team we know and trust. Most importantly our ambitions are aligned and a perfect fit for DO and our business model,” said Dowling.

“The Elephant Room is a creative agency built on authentic cultural connection and community collaboration, helping brands build ideas that earn trust and drive genuine engagement. This partnership is a huge step in our ambition to bring that unique point of view to a global stage. The opportunity to reunite with Andrew and Tom, with our shared history and mutual belief in independent creativity, was an opportunity I couldn’t miss,” added Saxby.

“This is an exciting step for DO as we grow our creative footprint into London. The Elephant Room team have the same hunger and ambition that drive us, and on top of that, they’re just genuinely great people. Together we’re excited to create work that makes an impact on a bigger stage,” concluded Ormes.

The Elephant Room and DO partnership has already seen the benefits of their partnership, recently securing opportunities with prominent UK brands such as Vodafone, which was announced in the past week.
