Independent earned and social creative agency alt/shift/ has been appointed by Chery Motor Australia to manage the PR retainer for OMODA JAECOO.
The appointment sees alt/shift/ lead earned media relations for OMODA JAECOO, striving to grow the brand’s presence across the Australian media landscape through press office management and proactive ideation, as the brand continues its rapid expansion in the Australian market.
OMODA JAECOO, operated by Chery Motor Australia, has emerged as a new entrant in the Australian automotive sector. Since launching in Australia, the brand has recorded consecutive monthly sales growth throughout 2026, finishing 14th overall with 2,570 deliveries in May, its strongest-ever monthly result. Its flagship J5 EV recently became Australia’s best-selling electric small SUV.
